You’ll work directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, translate insights into a clear product vision, and build a roadmap that delivers measurable customer and business outcomes. You’ll balance big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.You’ll join a growing, collaborative Product organization that includes Product Managers, UX Designers, and Researchers, and you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and works in a highly visible, matrixed environment with executive leadership and key product leaders across the company.This is a remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel for customer engagements and company events.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a senior member of the Product organization, you will play a central role in shaping the future of Decisiv’s SaaS ecosystem:Help define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Decisiv’s multi-sided, SaaS-based platformOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with UX and Engineering from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimizationDevelop and track clear, outcome-based success metrics, prioritizing use cases and requirements based on customer impact and business valueBuild and maintain a highly differentiated product portfolio through a clear, focused, and outcome-oriented roadmapLead and participate in scrum teams, driving rapid, data-informed iterations to meet customer and business objectivesLeverage customer insights, usage data, and market intelligence to inform prioritization and decision-makingContinuously analyze competitors and market trends to refine product positioning and investment decisionsIdentify, validate, and champion new growth opportunities across the platformEngage regularly with customers, prospects, and partners through interviews, focus groups, and reviews to gather feedback and evangelize product strategyPartner closely with Product Marketing to support product launches and customer-facing materials, including announcements, positioning, success stories, sales enablement, and presentationsSkills & ExperienceMust Have Requirements:7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling B2B, high-tech SaaS products in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsDemonstrated success using industry research, customer insights, usage analytics, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisionsProven ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and confidently drive product direction in dynamic environmentsExceptional communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with a track record of managing trade-offs, facilitating healthy debate, and driving clear decisionsStrong analytical and organizational capabilities, paired with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for both internal leadership and customer-facing audiencesHigh degree of professionalism, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, cross-functional team environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience working closely with technical teams Strong PlusesExperience with asset-centric or service management products, particularly in complex, operationally intensive industriesFamiliarity with fleet management systems, dealer management systems (DMS), telematics, and/or IoT-driven platforms, especially in data-rich, integrated ecosystemsStrong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, growth, and customer ROI; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus Required Travel – 5%Due to travel requirements, you must reside in the United SatesShow Us What You’ve GotWe’d love to see your GitHub, code samples, or anything that highlights your ability to deliver clean, scalable, full-stack applications.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must reside within the U.S. at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment.
