If you live outside these states, unfortunately we’re not able to consider your application at this time.Casepoint is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine behind a scalable, data‑driven go‑to‑market motion. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, data, and execution, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to ensure our marketing efforts are focused, measurable, and built to scale.Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll own the marketing technology stack (including HubSpot), optimize funnel performance from top‑of‑funnel through revenue, and turn insights into action. This is a highly visible role for someone who loves building strong operational foundations, improving how teams work, and using data to drive better decisions.What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Own and continuously optimize the marketing operations function, from planning through execution and measurementBuild andmaintainfunnel reporting, dashboards, and KPIs across TOFU through revenue in partnership with GTM leadershipDrive campaign measurement and attribution, ensuring clear visibility into what’s working — and whyMonitor BDR performance and support the team through analytics, reporting, and compensation insightsSupport annual and quarterly planning with data‑backed insights and forecastsOwn and administer the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot andSalesloft, providing ongoing support and enablementPartner with Sales andRevOpsto align on lead management, scoring, routing, and SLAsWork comfortably across sales and marketing technologies such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, Pocus, and similar tools to pull reports,maintaindata hygiene, and support integrationsEnsure data integrity, compliance, and operational best practices across systemsDevelop best practices andmaintainSOPs for deploying multiple, multi‑channel campaigns effectivelyEstablish and improve marketing processes, documentation, and governancePartner with cross‑functional teams to turn insights into operational improvementsTrack the marketing budget and help prioritize spend across channelsWhat You Bring to the Team: 5+ years of Revenue Operations (Sales and/or Marketing Operations) experience in a B2B environment; at least 2 years of Marketing Operations experience preferredDeep experience with HubSpot; working knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferredStrong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline reportingExperience in B2B SaaS or subscription‑based businessesStrong analytical skills witha track recordof translating data into actionable insightsProven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales,RevOps, and ProductExperience inGovTech, LegalTech, or other regulated B2B environmentsFamiliarity with ABM tools, intent data, and multi‑touch attribution (e.g., 6sense, Pocus)SQL, BI tools, or advanced analytics experienceAbout Casepoint:OPEXUS, a leader in government process management software, and Casepoint, a top provider of data discovery technology for litigation, investigations, and compliance, merged in January 2025, with a majority investment from Thoma Bravo.
