Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Coordinator in beautiful Temecula, CA. In this role, you will support and optimize our sales efforts within a rapidly evolving SaaS environment, focusing on enterprise software, cloud platforms, and B2B tech solutions. You will lead a team of 4-6 skilled technicians, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive sales strategies, streamline operations, and enhance our customer engagement. Your role will involve occasional travel within a 100-mile radius to foster relationships and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of 4-6 sales technicians to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM tools to manage sales data and streamline processes.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Maintain proficiency in the latest B2B sales technologies, ensuring effective use of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
  • Implement industry-specific training programs to enhance team knowledge and performance.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across departments to optimize sales operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io.
  • Demonstrated success in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with technology sales processes and strategies.
