Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 technicians to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
  • Manage and update the CRM with Salesforce and HubSpot to maintain accurate lead data.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic outreach campaigns via Outreach.io.
  • Conduct regular travel to major nearby cities to expand market reach and client engagement.
  • Participate in technical training to enhance understanding of healthcare tech solutions.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in a tech-driven environment.
  • Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Preferred but not required: Google Analytics Certification and HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Proficient with sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare technology.
