Our Client, a leading Third Party Logistics company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their Santa Clarita, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. This position is ideally situated for those living in or around the neighboring cities of Valencia, Newhall, and Canyon Country. The role involves selling various services to mid-market and enterprise companies, with a focus on freight modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal), warehousing operations, and supply chain optimization. Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and managing complex stakeholder relationships is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of freight modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal), warehousing operations, and supply chain optimization
- Experience with TMS systems
- Proven track record of rate negotiations and logistics sales cycles
- Knowledge of customs, international shipping, and carrier networks
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Sell transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies
- Understand and articulate the value of Our Client's offerings to potential customers
- Negotiate rates and manage logistics sales cycles
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Work proficiently with Salesforce and Excel to manage and report on sales activities
Pay/Benefits
- Base salary range: $63,274 - $83,274 per year
