Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions to IT and business leaders.
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes, ROI analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Proficient with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and virtual demonstration tools.
- Experience with consultative selling methodology and solution-based selling approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company goals.
- Conduct high-level conversations and negotiations with C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Drive the sales engagement from a solution selling perspective.
