Description:

Digital Ad Agency is seeking a Project Manager with CRM, DM and Digital experience. The role involves managing client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration across teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and manage timelines.
• Conduct account/project-related meetings and issue timely reports.
• Track project budgets and identify risks.
• Align project teams and resources effectively.
• Ensure quality throughout the delivery process.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Optimize production workflows for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM and campaign management at an advertising agency.
• Experience managing cross-discipline teams.
• Knowledge of web technologies and campaign management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
