An Entertainment Company is looking for a world-class Senior Project Manager to lead project execution for its paid media initiatives, including banners, emails, paid social, and other digital advertising campaigns. This is a critical role on an entrepreneurial team within a leading live entertainment organization. You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for paid media campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Your expertise in managing digital marketing projects, optimizing workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering high-impact campaigns that drive audience engagement and ticket sales.

What This Role Will Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including banners, emails, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Gather campaign requirements and maintain clear communication across marketing, creative, media buying, and analytics teams.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet performance goals.
  • Oversee maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate acceptance of project deliverables and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

What This Person Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a marketing, media, or advertising environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, programmatic, and email marketing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with agile marketing processes and adapting project management methodologies to creative workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical teams and marketing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.).
