Job Title: Project Manager

Location: 100% remote
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hourly
Duration: 3 months- 40 hours/weekly

About the role:
Project managers act as the central contact for all projects, collaborating with account teams and serving as liaisons across departments, including strategy, creative, technology, operations, accounting, and administration. They oversee and guide projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Play an integral role in all decisions regarding process, project resources, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from ideation to execution
  • Present capabilities and process internally and externally based on knowledge of who does what, when, and how long execution takes
  • Lead the team to flawless execution, ensuring processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end development of projects according to established business processes
  • First point of contact in identifying the need for internal and external resources for existing projects & working with resourcing manager to secure project resources and with other PMs to prioritize resources’ work.
  • Identify and prevent possible risks that may affect projects
  • Find solutions to course-correct to get project back on track
  • Estimate, review and manage all project budgets under your direction
  • Craft initial and ongoing project milestones for clients and vendor/agency partners
  • Create, update and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met according to the schedule
  • Know the project scope, details, and status at all times and provide project status to both internal and external teams
  • Manage the vendor/agency partner relationship in terms of execution and deliverables
  • Develop estimates for hours and out-of-pocket expenses for new projects with support from senior management
  • Monitor budgets for more projects, including working with account services and finance to find budgetary solutions when necessary if projects get off track
  • Build rapport and manage with with support from senior management the vendor/agency partner relationship in terms of execution and deliverables
  • As the operational expert, confidently support in client status calls when needed along with account services, including updating status agendas, speaking to project status, budget and timelines
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • Experience using MS Project or SmartSheets and Excel
  • Experience managing budgets, developing and managing timelines, creating status agendas
  • Experience managing a project size of $1M to $2M
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and requests from competing stakeholders
  • Manage a team size of 10 to 15 including, but not limited to strategic services, creative services, technology services, event planning, print production, and finance
