Your main tasks will be: Own product marketing strategy for a dedicated B2C product: segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market.Align and lead a cross-functional squad (UA, CRM, creative, analytics, landing pages, product) to drive growth initiatives.Improve the full funnel performance: acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → monetisation (LTV-focused).Run market and competitor research, turning insights into clear growth hypotheses and experiments.Track impact via KPIs and business metrics (EI / Revenue), ensuring measurable results. We expect from you: 3+ years in Product Marketing / Growth / Marketing Lead roles for B2C digital product.Proven track record of moving business metrics (revenue, conversion, retention, LTV).Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks.Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Google/Meta/TikTok) + funnel optimisation (A/B testing, CRO).Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a cross-functional / matrix environment.
