Business Assistant We are hiring a reliable, highly organized Business Assistant to support a US-based business owner across administrative, project management, client communication, and marketing coordination. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with structure, and able to follow through consistently. You will work closely with Carrie and her team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely communication, and well-organized systems. This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, accountability, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Managing calendar and inboxHandling client communication via calls, texts, and messaging systemsRelaying client updates and requests to internal team membersOrganizing and maintaining Google DriveSetting up and managing projects in AsanaCreating and updating SOPs and internal process documentationConnecting with potential referral partners and clients on LinkedInOutreach to potential FemCity North Orlando members and guests (LinkedIn & Facebook)Managing communication and content coordination for FemCity North OrlandoScheduling email marketing campaignsScheduling blogs / Substack articlesFollowing up with potential clients and referral partnersSending proposal emails, follow-ups, agreements, and invoicesSending onboarding emails to new clientsScheduling YouTube videos and podcast episodesAssisting with light video and podcast editing Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant role supporting US clientsExcellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skillsRecent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobsStrong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or Monday.comUnderstanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
