We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Marketing Creative Producer to join our Marketing Creative team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between high-level creative strategy and execution, driving the production of high-impact marketing assets for our top-grossing mobile games.You will play a pivotal role in translating marketing insights into concrete creative concepts. Working closely with the Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for authoring detailed briefs, gameplay mockups and partnering with Art & Animation Leads to ensure those ideas are transformed into world-class video creatives that deliver results at scale. Responsibilities Translate the department’s creative strategy into actionable, high-quality production briefs. You will define the narrative, hooks, mechanics, and psychological triggers for video ads and static creatives.Enrich video briefs by creating gameplay ideation mockups, game mechanics wireframes, and AI vibe-coded mockups.Partner with Art and Animation Leads to oversee the implementation of concepts. You will provide the creative direction and "vision," while relying on the Leads to manage technical execution and artistic quality.Work closely with Project Managers to align creative concepts with production capacity and timelines, ensuring a seamless workflow from ideation to delivery.Analyze creative performance reports (provided by the UA team) to extract actionable insights. You will use this data to refine future briefs, identifying what works, what doesn't, and how to optimize for KPIs like IPM and CTR. Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to identify new trends, mechanics, and visual styles that can be adapted into our creative roadmap.Drive a continuous feedback loop. You will not just launch campaigns but actively manage the iteration process, creating variations of winning concepts to maximize longevity and scale.
