Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and inquiries related to electronics products.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Respond timely to customer inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Educate customers about product features, services, and offerings to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in the electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts including weekends and holidays if needed.
