Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Lakeville, MN
Job Type: Part-time (20-25 hours per week) contract role.
Pay: $40-$45/hr depending on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead kick-off meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital marketing, and sales) to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency within the marketing team.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
