Our client, a well-known OC based company, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to add to their team! The ideal candidate is a self-started, has strong problem solving skills and the ability to forge strong partnerships with internal and external partners.
This role is based in Irvine, CA and works 100% onsite. Only local and available candidates will be considered
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Ideate, develop, implement and manage marketing initiatives inclusive of marketing communications, brand initiatives, public relations, events and more
- Partner with external partners to understand their needs and room for partnership and collaboration
- Manage retail events from initial conceptualization through to day of execution with a focus on driving brand recognition and customer traffic
- Create post-event recaps highlighting key successes and room for improvement in order to continuously improve
- Partner with influencers as needed for events and promotions
- Partner closely with creative team to ensure all creative assets are created on time and as intended
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch points
- Create and maintain budgets
- Create and manage content calendars
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat and monday.com or related project management tool
- 5+ years marketing experience ideally within a corporate retail setting
