Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and friendly support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, including product selection, order placement, and payment processing.
  • Assist with tracking orders and provide timely updates regarding shipping and delivery.
  • Educate customers about product features and assist with returns and exchanges as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in an online shopping environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
