We are seeking an experienced graphic design and production artist to support our client’s creative services team. This group delivers design solutions for marketing, events, communications, and sales materials on a global scale. Success in this role requires strong skills in print production and presentation design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

You Will:

  • Interpret design briefs and requirements to create impactful visual solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality designs quickly and accurately across various media, including print and presentations.
  • Ensure all designs meet specifications, deadlines, and standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively with team leads and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Work within established processes, review your own and peers’ designs, and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage multiple design projects, using tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure seamless pre-press production.
  • Adapt to a variety of projects and priorities with flexibility and professionalism.

You Have:

  • A degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a designer in a corporate, publishing, or agency setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing multi-page layouts and diverse design projects.
  • Attention to detail, strong layout and graphic design skills, and technical expertise in production design.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to handle client needs and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in pre-press production; UI/UX or HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • This short-term, 4–6 week opportunity allows for remote work, offering a chance to contribute to diverse and high-impact projects on a global scale.
