 - Conceptualizing game mechanics, data modelling, value balancing, rules, and settings for new games.
 
A thorough understanding of game design:
- Core and Secondary Loops.
 - Construct level structure.
 - Form data structures, balance data, and interlink data of feature systems in spreadsheets.
 - Define User Interface and Controls.
 - Define the User Experience.
 - Research game target segments and analyze market opportunity.
 
Nice to haves :
- Passionate about Video Games, large list of played games
 - Knowledge of the gaming industry, trends and new releases
 - Proficiency with wireframes, document writing, and spreadsheets
 - Strong foundation of math and economics, especially with regards to data modelling
 - Good communication skills
 - Technical knowledge
 - Critical thinking and analysis
