About the Role
Our client is seeking a Digital Designer with strong motion graphics and or animation skills to join their team on a contract basis. This role will support the client, a lifestyle brand with a strong DTC presence, in creating compelling digital marketing assets that drive engagement and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate has experience designing for digital campaigns, social media, paid ads, and web assets, with a keen eye for dynamic visuals and storytelling through motion. This is a hybrid role in the Greater Boston area, requiring occasional in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate digital marketing assets, including social media content, display ads, emails, and website visuals.
- Develop motion graphics for brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring digital concepts to life.
- Optimize assets for various digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid media, etc.).
- Work within brand guidelines while introducing fresh, engaging design elements.
- Iterate on designs based on performance insights and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital design with a strong motion/animation focus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion tools.
- Experience creating motion graphics for social, web, and paid media.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices for engagement.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Located in the Greater Boston area and available for hybrid work.
