We’re looking for a CRM Data Analyst to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do




In this Role, You’ll:



  • Build, maintain, and automate CRM dashboards and performance reports.

  • Design audience segments and A/B tests, then measure uplift and ROI.

  • Track user journeys across channels such as email,social channels ( Whatsapp and Telegram), push notifications and in-app, and flag friction points.

  • Use customer data to personalize communications, monitoring customer behavior to improve targeting and relevance.

  • Monitor daily campaign metrics, spot anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Document data definitions, ETL logic, and best practices for reproducibility.

  • Present findings to marketing, product, and leadership in concise, action-focused formats.




We’re Looking for Someone who Brings:



  • 5+ years in data analytics, ideally for CRM or retention marketing.

  • Advanced SQL and experience with with cloud warehouses.

  • Proven skill in BI tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and UTMs.

  • Solid grasp of statistical testing and segmentation principles.

  • Ability to translate complex datasets into plain, business-ready insights.

  • Fluent language skills in English both written and verbal English.




Bonus Points if You Also Have



  • Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.

  • Python or R for data manipulation and automation.

  • Familiarity with Optimvove, Salesforce, or comparable CRM suites.

  • Knowledge of GDPR / data-privacy standards.
