Our client, a leading tech firm in Kirkland, WA, is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow their network of value-added resellers and system integrators. This role is perfectly suited for those who thrive in building and nurturing business partnerships. Kirkland is a vibrant city located on the shores of Lake Washington, just east of Seattle. The city is well-connected to neighboring cities such as Bellevue, Redmond, and Bothell.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing channel programs, partner enablement materials, and managing complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of channel economics, deal registration programs, and partner incentive structures.
  • Proficient with partner relationship management (PRM) systems.
  • Excellent skills in channel marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a network of value-added resellers and system integrators.
  • Recruit new partners and ensure their success through regular communication and support.
  • Develop channel programs and partner enablement materials that help partners succeed.
  • Manage complex partner ecosystems and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Understand and leverage channel economics to create profitable partner relationships.
  • Use partner relationship management (PRM) systems to track partner performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement channel marketing strategies that attract new partners and increase sales.

Pay/Benefits

  • Salary Range: $99,335-$119,335 per year.
