Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google's advertising solutions.
  • Experience in program and project management, ideally gained through consulting.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills, combined with a data-driven approach and comfort handling deep numerical analysis.

In this role, you will ensure the strategy and performance of Google Ads products at the account level exceed the objectives of our clients, directly contributing to Google’s product adoption and sales goals.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view of the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video, and mobile to help them connect instantly.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Help the biggest clients in the region to plan, implement, and monitor product strategies.
  • Partner with Business, Product Specialists, and Agency Teams to land product opportunities with clients.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions and Platforms. Ensure campaign performance meets customers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their core business objectives.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement, and measure scalable product performance projects. Identify future opportunities for clients and the region.
