Conversion & Growth Optimization:Lead A/B testing across landing pages, PDP, checkout, and onboardingOptimize pricing presentation, bundling, and subscription framingIncrease CVR, AOV, and membership attach rateIdentify friction points and systematically remove them3. Membership / SaaS Experience:Design clear value communication for Plaud membership tiersOptimize subscription flows (trial, upsell, renewal)Improve onboarding journey from purchase → activation → first valuePartner with cross-function team on product launches and messaging rollout4. Cross-Functional Leadership, work closely with:Engineering (implementation)Brand (narrative & positioning)Growth (paid traffic & funnel performance)Product (feature roadmap & membership model)Regional teams (localization)5.
