Our portfolio includes high-growth DTC brands like Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction, and we’re entering our next phase of growth; one that requires discipline, operational excellence, and data-driven execution at every level.This is not a creative marketing role.This is an executive operator role.We’re hiring a VP of Marketing Operations to build the systems, data, attribution, operating cadence, and organizational structure that will power 2–3 DTC brands through sustainable, profitable scale.The RoleAs VP of Marketing Operations, you will own the full marketing operating system across all brands and channels. You’ll turn complex performance data into clear direction, create accountability across teams, and ensure marketing performance ties directly to revenue and margin outcomes.You will report directly to the CEO and operate as a true executive partner, influencing company strategy and growth planning while building a predictable marketing engine that scales.This role is for a proven DTC operator with firsthand experience taking a brand through meaningful scale, who leads through numbers, can roll up their sleeves early, and knows how to build the team and systems required for growth.What You’ll OwnYou will own the entire marketing operations foundation across brands, including:Centralizing and standardizing marketing data across all brands to create a single source of truthOwning attribution, reporting, and performance visibility across all channelsBuilding and maintaining executive dashboards for CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin, and cohortsTranslating performance data into clear priorities, decisions, and next actions for teamsDefining channel ownership, KPIs, and SOPs across paid, lifecycle, organic, and partnershipsEstablishing the operating rhythm for testing, reporting, and scalingDesigning the future marketing org structure (what to hire, when, and why)Rolling up your sleeves early to build systems, then delegating as the machine maturesPartnering closely with Sales and Finance on forecasting, growth planning, and revenue alignmentServing as the executive owner of marketing performance tied directly to revenue and margin outcomesMarketing will no longer be a black box; it will be a measurable, predictable growth engine.What You Bring8 -12 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or performance leadershipProven experience scaling at least one DTC brand through meaningful growth and complexityDeep comfort with numbers, unit economics, and contribution marginStrong data fluency with dashboards, cohorts, forecasting, and attributionExperience building systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks from scratchAbility to operate hands-on early, then scale through systems and teamsExperience in regulated or restricted categories (cannabis, alcohol, supplements, etc.) is a major plusWorking expertise across DTC platforms and tools including Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Looker, Klaviyo, and ShopifyYou do not need to be a channel specialist.You do need to understand what the numbers are telling you and turn that into clear execution.Why Join The Pack LabsBuild the marketing foundation for multiple high-growth brandsReport directly to the CEO and influence company-wide strategySolve complex problems in a fast-growing, regulated industryRemote-first with purposeful travelPerformance-based bonus tied to business outcomesUnlimited PTO, 401(k), and comprehensive health coverageHigh ownership, high accountability, low ego, results-driven culture
