As Calabrio expands globally, we are seeking a dynamic, commercial oriented, proven P&L leader as VP of Product Management to lead our Calabrio ONE suite and Partner solutions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and management of a company's product portfolio, while also overseeing the financial performance (Profit and Loss) of the product lines. This role combines the strategic and commercial aspects of product management with the accountability of managing the financial outcomes, ensuring that products not only meet market needs but also contribute significantly to the company’s profitability.
The VP of Product with P&L responsibility leads the product management organization and is directly accountable for the financial performance of the product portfolio. This role requires a strategic leader who understands market dynamics, customer needs, and can drive the product development process while managing the profitability of the products. They ensure that product strategies are aligned with financial goals and that products are optimized for revenue generation and cost efficiency.
