Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 5 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc.
- 8 years of experience managing vendors/third-party partners in an operations/delivery role.
- 8 years of experience in operations, strategy, planning, and program management.
- 5 years of experience working in extended workforce or related fields adept at influencing executive-level cross-functional stakeholders and seamlessly resolving conflicts.
- Experience in cost, quality, risk, change and relationship management.
- Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships in an environment that is sometimes ambiguous and susceptible to changing needs with excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.

- Track vendor performance against key metrics (KPIs), SLAs, such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost. Address performance issues promptly and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical and horizontal process improvements at scale. Use AI and other technologies for continuous process improvement and re-engineering. Review vendor data, identify process improvement opportunities and drive improvement of vendor performance (SLA compliance, MBRs, QBRs).
- Identify and program manage strategic projects to solve for challenging business issues by working with stakeholders, managing communications, and overseeing milestones and timelines.
- Lead and deliver regular business reviews and execute a robust vendor governance plan in the form of weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
