Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Data analytics.
- Experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Administrator as needed.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Define and manage the end-to-end life-cycle for Salesforce development programs, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and achievable program roadmaps.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and adherence to architectural best practices.
- Advocate best practices in Salesforce development, release management, and quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, industry trends, and program management methodologies.
