Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in Data analytics.
  • Experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Administrator as needed.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Program Manager, you will join our dynamic team and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce development initiatives. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the end-to-end life-cycle for Salesforce development programs, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and achievable program roadmaps.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and adherence to architectural best practices.
  • Advocate best practices in Salesforce development, release management, and quality assurance.
  • Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, industry trends, and program management methodologies.
