Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs.
- Experience in technical program management, change management, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience collaborating and working with global teams along with excellent problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and applications.

Responsibilities
- Work with the global Program Management team to develop and deliver AI Automation projects from conception to implementation, and manage relationships across
- Develop processes and systems to ensure AI workflow adoption and process re-engineering.
- Create Operational and Product requirement documents that solve challenges through AI and Agents.
- Manage resolution of project-related technical issues and engage with Engineering to determine root cause and solution.
- Experiment with AI self-service automation technologies (e.g., ADK, AI Studio) to solve operational challenges.
