Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience in data center, real estate or infrastructure development.
- Experience in the regulatory environment for real estate development in Europe.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other real estate analysis tools.
- Experience in construction management and projects delivery.
- Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive multiple programs/projects and pre-development, ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while upholding exceptional quality standards. Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory bodies, internal partner teams and community organizations.
- Conduct analysis, manage programs and projects, support negotiation of agreements, and manage aspects of real estate transactions and infrastructure delivery.
- Develop and implement best practices for land acquisition and pre-development, identify and mitigate associated risks.
- Provide regular updates on project status and performance to key stakeholders.
