We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager in the United States.As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative software solutions, from ideation to deployment, ensuring products deliver measurable value to clients and users. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and customer focus to guide product development and foster a culture of innovation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams, balancing business goals with technical feasibility while maintaining a user-centric approach. Accountabilities:Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for new software solutions.Develop product strategies, competitive pricing models, and go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.Lead cross-functional teams in defining requirements, creating roadmaps, and delivering high-quality software products.Oversee the full software development lifecycle, managing Agile sprints, release timelines, and technical specifications.Ensure user-centric design by understanding workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes, translating them into functional requirements.Serve as the primary point of communication for stakeholders, presenting product visions, roadmaps, and updates.Mentor and motivate team members, fostering collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced technical certifications preferred.8+ years of product management experience in software development, with a track record of delivering SaaS, web, or mobile products.Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern frameworks.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results under tight deadlines, and solve complex problems creatively.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for designing scalable, intuitive software solutions.
