We are currently looking for a Product Manager – Payments in the United States.As a Product Manager – Payments, you will drive the strategy, vision, and execution of payment-related products and systems that impact thousands of users. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, translating business goals and member needs into actionable roadmaps, and guiding cross-functional teams from ideation to delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance analytical insight with user-focused design, ensuring products meet both organizational objectives and customer expectations. You will influence key decisions, manage budgets, and champion innovation, while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. The position offers a hybrid work environment for certain locations, while supporting remote arrangements for eligible candidates, allowing you to thrive in a flexible and inclusive setting. Accountabilities:Define and champion the vision and roadmap for payment products, systems, and applications.Lead end-to-end product development, from research and concept design to delivery and lifecycle management.Gather and integrate member feedback into product decisions to ensure solutions deliver meaningful value.Monitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.Manage budgets, approved expenses, and resource allocation with accountability.Align cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to maximize product success.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, processes, and solutions that enhance member experiences. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or related fields.Typically 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or product operations.Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decisions, and solve complex business problems.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.Preferred:Advanced degree in relevant fields.Experience in agile environments and with platform technology.Proven ability to identify opportunities, overcome barriers, and execute with minimal supervision.Experience managing highly effective cross-functional teams.
