As a part of our Freelance Team Smiley, a flexible part-time position, youll represent Pittsburghs leading restaurant chain and work with the public in a high-profile role. Its a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in field marketing and networking with our corporate office. Youll also receive competitive compensation and exclusive team member discounts to Eatn Park and can create your own schedule. This position is very flexible and is a great opportunity for those maintaining another job or class schedule. Events are typically in the Pittsburgh area, but may provide the opportunity for travel to Ohio and West Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Positively represent Eat'n Park at various community events, photo shoots, sporting events, and more.
• Charm guests by being upbeat, outgoing, and engaging.
• Dress and perform as Smiley, Eat'n Park's mascot, at events.
• Represent our restaurant brands at community events with Smiley Cookie decorating, Smiley mascot appearances, samplings, and other fun and games.
• Uphold Eat'n Park's image by always appearing and behaving professionally.
• Engage in dialogue with guests about current promotions and company initiatives to help drive sales and build brand affinity.
• Assist summer interns and the Cookie Cruiser (our branded party on wheels!) at larger events within Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
• Submit paperwork properly completed and on time.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Reliable internet access
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Self-motivated, responsible, and punctual
• Upbeat, outgoing, engaging personality
• Initiative and creative thinking
• Excellent customer service skills and professional image
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability
