Following business growth strategy Aladdin Client Services Team is expanding with talented potentials. This role is responsible for assisting, managing, and growing relationships of Aladdin Alternatives clients by providing expertise to resolve clients’ inquiries and by effectively communicating with other stakeholders in the organization.
Business Unit Overview:
Support Consultant is a part of the Client Success team. They work closely with other teams, mainly, Implementation Consultants, DBAs, ACE Managers and Developers. Handling clients’ requests includes building strong clients’ relationship; this implies developing advanced knowledge of the business and strong client focus with the goal of meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations. The team is also responsible to assist clients in dealing with sensitive documents, to follow all client instructions meticulously to avoid mistakes, is responsible to protect integrity of both the client and BlackRock.
