Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations in tech.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience delivering ambiguous projects while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with comfort in ambiguity and evolving business needs.
  • Ability to partner across teams and functions to connect the dots across insights and initiatives with excellent people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, engaging effectively with both executive stakeholders and on-the-ground execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to distill analysis to simple communication.

About the job

In this role as a part of the Consumer Apps Marketing (CAM), Strategy and Operations (S&O) team, you will partner with executive leaders as a operational advisor to shape and deliver marketing strategies for core Google products. You will act as the connective Link across teams such as Finance, Product, and HR identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage critical workstreams and high-impact projects that advance Consumer Apps Marketing goals and drive alignment across the broader Strategy and Operations organization.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key operating partner on the Consumer Apps Marketing team, driving analysis and business operations
  • Lead annual marketing planning, delivering analysis to inform priorities and building the business case for resources for key stakeholders.
  • Execute projects and initiatives that address critical and evolving needs of the Consumer Apps Marketing business and leadership team.
  • Manage and track key team resources, including measurement and reporting initiatives.
