Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience working for technology/media companies or consulting firms.

The US Deals team negotiates and signs annual Video Upfront agreements (YouTube Upfronts, VIPs) for the US and is responsible for fully activating throughout the year. The US Creative Works team helps brands and agencies translate data and insights into fuel for effective, innovative creative ideas that grow on YouTube and Google platforms.
In this role, for Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions (APCS) YouTube Solutions, you will lead go-to-market strategy and execution across US LCS’s agreements, Agency Video, and Creative Works teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that these businesses run as effectively as possible in close partnership with the leadership team.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with the MD of APCS YouTube Solutions and their leadership team to develop the go-to-market sales strategy across multiple businesses and drive execution across the team.
- Drive operational logistics, including optimizing resource allocation across teams, engagement models, managing weekly management meetings, setting KPIs, and measuring progress/identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices and collaboration across the sectors and partner teams.
- Participate in and help steer cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring proper strategy, implementation and adoption.
