Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enabling critical product adoption, and future-proofing the Americas (AMER) business.
In this role, you will deliver on the core product go-to-market remit, which includes: designing and deploying regional activation programs; providing thought leadership on product activation and execution; and nurturing and advancing third-party ecosystems, agencies, and industry groups. You will also be focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, while helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities; oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization-wide processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
- Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance systems to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives; influence Global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
