Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on teams that managed large-scale transformation projects.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial concepts, and influencing strategic business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and building reporting dashboards, including proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Strong understanding of financial trends and ability to develop insightful analyses.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to interact daily with senior leaders.
  • Impeccable business judgment and the ability to motivate colleagues and effectively collaborate to influence senior leadership.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

You'll be responsible for providing critical financial insights, building robust models, and delivering data-driven solutions that empower strategic decision-making across Agency, 3PO, Specialism and New Business Sales (NBS) in Google Customer Solutions (GCS). You'll also be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, fostering a culture of data excellence, and proactively partnering with senior stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own and lead quarterly business reviews, focusing on the health of the business through P&L analysis, variance analysis, and business plan updates.
  • Lead executive communications on business targets commentary, providing quarterly performance updates and conducting Revenue Plan variance analysis to inform strategy.
  • Partner with the business on Program ROI analysis, including identifying risks and opportunities, and owning the annual business planning investment assessment.
  • Lead critical, project-based work streams such as incentives strategy, business deep dives, and managing concentration risk.
  • Lead weekly core team leadership meetings for operational goal clarity and manage collective deliverables, while also delivering all compensation outcomes reports.
