Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design setting, or related experience.
- Experience designing Business to Business to Customer (B2B2C) products in a 0 to 1 manner across a variety of industries.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to lead workshops for a array of communities towards co-design of products.
- Ability to take prototypes all the way to production.
- Excellent Prompt engineering and AI Safety skills that allow you to launch stable experiments/features that utilize the best of our models in new and exciting ways.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key aspects of AI web applications, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability. This includes front-end refinements, back-end development, API integrations, and data architecture.
- Partner with our product managers to conceptualize, prototype, and implement new AI features.
- Utilize your expertise in Typescript to develop front-end features in a multitude of frameworks, deploy and manage the application on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Design, refine, and implement effective prompts for Google's Gemini models to ensure relevant, coherent, and engaging user interactions within the tool.
- Devise and implement intuitive, attractive user interfaces. B in charge of the user experience, making strategic design choices so that AI features are easy and enjoyable to use.
