We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager, Workflow Builder in the United States.In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of a no-code workflow builder platform designed to streamline complex processes and improve user experience. You will define the product roadmap, create functional blocks, and translate customer insights into actionable, resilient workflows. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Your work will directly impact customer engagement, operational efficiency, and adoption of automation and AI-assisted workflows. Accountabilities:Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the workflow builder and template library platform.Design modular workflow components, including triggers, conditions, and actions for end-user automation.Conduct customer discovery and UX research to inform workflow design and improve adoption.Define KPIs, instrumentation, and A/B experiments to measure product effectiveness and optimize performance.Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and enablement.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Legal/Compliance, and Support to deliver high-quality solutions.Deliver measurable outcomes such as improved task completion, efficiency, and engagement while minimizing errors and failures. Requirements8+ years of product management experience, particularly with platform, workflow, or no-code automation products.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.Strong skills in gathering business insights, analyzing trends, and using data to support decision-making; SQL proficiency highly preferred.Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products, including prompt design, agentic automation, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop safety guardrails.Ability to write clear PRDs, sequence complex deliveries, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Experience launching differentiated B2B SaaS products, ideally in healthcare or related sectors.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority.Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
