We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager in the United States.The Staff Product Manager will lead the evolution of a high-impact mobile application, shaping the experience for millions of users worldwide. This role involves defining product strategy, prioritizing user problems, and driving execution across multi-quarter roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with company objectives. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on product execution, and strong leadership to guide teams in delivering high-quality mobile-first experiences. Accountabilities:· Define and execute the product strategy to enhance the overall mobile experience.· Lead cross-functional teams in rapid execution, validating solutions and delivering customer value.· Prioritize user problems and opportunities, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.· Develop product specifications and make data-driven decisions aligned with company strategy.· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure users successfully engage with the product.· Identify and manage risks, removing obstacles to enable team progress.· Collaborate with web and platform teams to align roadmaps and resolve dependencies.· Communicate progress, learnings, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.Requirements· 8–10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with extensive mobile product experience.· Proven track record of launching successful mobile products and features across multiple platforms.· Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to create solutions that address them.· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage up.· Experience using data to drive decisions, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights.· Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with resource constraints.· Strong influence and collaboration skills, capable of driving clarity and focus across teams.· Experience creating and leading strategy for major product areas and coordinating with multiple teams.Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in SaaS products and productivity applications for B2C or B2B markets.· Mentoring and coaching experience.· Ability to translate raw data into strategic product opportunities.· Proven experience scaling mobile experiences at enterprise or global scale.
