You will own a core product area and partner directly with our CEO and CTO to deliver product experiences that matter to the business and to our customers. You’ll:Own a high-impact product area that meaningfully contributes to brightwheel’s growth and customer outcomesPartner closely with the CEO, CTO, and senior product and engineering leaders to share insights, pressure-test ideas, and shape directionDefine and evolve product-led systems that help customers realize value faster and more consistently across the platformLead execution for AI-powered product experiences, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teamsTranslate broader company and product strategy into clear bets, roadmaps, and execution plans for your areaDesign, run, and learn from experiments to validate hypotheses and guide prioritizationDefine success metrics, monitor performance, and clearly communicate progress, learnings, and tradeoffs to leadershipRaise the bar for product quality, velocity, and customer impact within your areaWhat You BringWe are open to a variety of backgrounds, but strong candidates usually bring:5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or product-led businessesProven ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable outcomesStrong product judgment and the ability to balance speed, quality, and learningDeep comfort with product metrics, experimentation, and funnel analysis (SQL a plus)Experience building or scaling AI-powered product experiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executive audiencesA strong sense of ownership and bias toward actionExperience leveraging AI to expand your own scope and ownership, using tools and automation to move faster, go deeper, and operate more like a full-stack product owner across problem discovery, design, and execution (bonus)Brightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
