We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Manager in the United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of intelligent contact center solutions, leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services to drive scalable, high-performance systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage complex programs, and ensure operational excellence. The position emphasizes stakeholder management, process improvement, and automation to enhance customer experiences. Accountabilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect implementations across multiple business units.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to design and implement solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable AWS-based solutions using Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, and other services.Manage project timelines, identify risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and operational standards.Drive continuous improvement and automation in contact center workflows.Requirements10+ years of experience in technical program management, solution architecture, or related roles.Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and associated AWS services.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, contact center technologies, and telephony systems.Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred: AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer), CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk), Agile/Scrum experience, prior contact center operations exposure.
