This role will focus on transforming user activity, transaction, and profile data into actionable insights, orchestrating experiences that anticipate needs, improve engagement, and strengthen FI relationships. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data-driven product management, personalization frameworks, and digital banking, with a passion for creating experiences that turn data into value. Key Responsibilities & DutiesTranslate Anticipatory Banking concepts into clear features, user journeys, and product capabilities that enable hyper-personalized digital experiences.Partner with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to harness behavioral, transactional, and contextual data for predictive and real-time personalization.Prioritize features such as next-best-action recommendations, micro-moments, targeted offers, and dynamic content—ensuring alignment with product vision and measurable business outcomes.Focus on outcomes like deposit growth, primacy, wallet share, and user engagement, aligning product work to FI goals and user value.Map and optimize digital moments that matter (onboarding, account activation, fraud prevention, financial wellness, money-in-motion events, etc.), ensuring personalized engagement across them.Collaborate with developers, designers, data scientists, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality personalization features in an Agile environment.Partner with internal teams and external fintechs to embed personalization into payments, servicing, and partner marketplace experiences.Communicate the vision, value, and outcomes of personalization initiatives to stakeholders, clients, and leadership.Define KPIs such as engagement lift, digital adoption, NPS improvement, and FI revenue impact; analyze results to continuously refine personalization capabilities.Monitor market developments in personalization, open banking, AI, and digital engagement to inform roadmap and strategy.Work with customers and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements and translate business and technical requirements for engineering.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team.Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.Continuously refine and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.Lead a cross-functional Scrum team, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality releases.Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum team to facilitate communication and collaboration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines and resource requirements for features and enhancements.Lead relevant Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Monitor sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and adjust priorities as needed to meet sprint goals and deliverables.Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging feedback, analytics, and insights to prioritize features that maximize customer value.Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and user adoption.Present product updates, plans, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments that meet quality standards and business objectives.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate release status updates effectively.Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.12+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital banking, fintech, SaaS, or data-driven personalization platforms.Proven experience building personalization or data-driven features (recommendation engines, predictive analytics, dynamic content, micro-moment engagement, etc.).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional Scrum teams.Familiarity with data analytics, segmentation, and personalization engines; ability to translate data insights into product requirements.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey personalization strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive prioritization and decision-making.Proficient with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard) and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar).Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.Customer-focused, with a passion for designing experiences that feel relevant, timely, and meaningful.Self-starter with strong ownership and urgency;
