We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Manager – AI Site Building in the United States.In this role, you will lead the transformation of a legacy website builder into a next-generation, AI-powered platform that redefines website creation for a large client base. You will own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to execution and rollout, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. The position involves solving complex problems, ensuring seamless migration from the legacy system, and delivering a highly polished, intuitive user experience. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with advanced AI tools, make strategic decisions, and influence a product critical to the organization’s growth. You will be instrumental in shaping both the technology and the experience for thousands of users while guiding a talented, collaborative team. Accountabilities:·         Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-assisted website building platform.·         Conduct deep discovery to understand complex user stories and technical requirements.·         Collaborate with engineering and design to architect a robust system supporting seamless migration and high-quality site creation.·         Oversee development of AI workflows, design libraries, website editor UX, and related features.·         Define and implement testing, evaluation, and rollout strategies to ensure smooth transitions between legacy and new systems.·         Track success metrics including site quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.·         Partner across teams to align priorities, manage milestones, and drive timely delivery of high-impact features. Requirements·         7+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years leading large, complex 0→1 initiatives.·         Strong expertise in system design, mapping data flows and decision-making across multiple subsystems.·         Proven experience building AI-powered products, with familiarity in agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt creation, and evaluation.·         Passion for exceptional visual design and delivering high-quality, polished user experiences.·         Startup experience or a mindset comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and balancing speed with quality.·         Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive team clarity.·         Experience with visual builders, CMSs, or design systems is a plus; familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus.
