As our Specialist, 

Web3 Business Development

, you will play a key role in driving Bitpanda’s growth within the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new commercial opportunities that expand our product reach and revenue. Working closely with the Commercial Web3 Lead and cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring Bitpanda’s Web3 strategy to life by building strong partnerships, onboarding high-value clients, and growing our network across the crypto and blockchain landscape.

 

What you'll do:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across our Web3 Ecosystem, from B2B partners to institutional clients, DeFi protocols, and token projects.
  2. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting and negotiation to closing.
  3. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key clients and ecosystem partners to ensure satisfaction and ongoing growth.
  4. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful long-term partnerships.
  5. Represent Bitpanda at key industry events and conferences to expand our network and generate qualified leads.

 

Who you are:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within crypto.
  2. Proven track record in closing deals and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain industry, including DeFi, infrastructure, and token projects.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  5. Team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong network within the crypto industry.
