  • Track and manage customer interactions and feedback in the internal customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, to effectively assist a diverse customer base.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the online streaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues.
