Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns, guiding them through the online shopping process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively answer customer questions and recommend solutions.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements - Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, as well as basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping others.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
