  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale backend system design and development in particular, and with streaming data processing.
  • Experience in advertising products.
  • Experience with C++ and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Define the direction and roadmap for the team and align it with top-level stakeholders. Work with the leaders of the team to solve their key challenges.
  • Support internal Ads team to develop the data processing systems.
  • Collaborate with core data teams to advance the state-of-the-art techniques for experiments, and data processing.
  • Own an independent team in India, with potential for future growth.
  • Serve teams and Core data teams to revolutionize how Ads serving experiments data processing has been done for the past decades.
