Position: Software Engineer (Contractor - Project-Based)
This is a freelance, project-based position. You will be notified when a new project is available, and compensation will be determined based on the project scope and agreed-upon rates. There is no fixed schedule or guaranteed hours—work is assigned as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop AI-powered applications, SaaS solutions, or automation tools based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with our AI and engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Optimize code performance and integrate AI models when applicable.
• Participate in project discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Deliver high-quality code within agreed project timelines.

Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
• Understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API development.

✅ Experience:

• 1+ years of professional experience in software development or AI-related projects.
• Previous experience in AI applications, SaaS platforms, automation tools, or web development is a bonus.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills for technical discussions.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and work efficiently under deadlines.

Compensation & Work Model:

• Project-Based Payment: Compensation will be determined per project before work begins.
• Flexible Schedule: Work only when assigned a project. No fixed hours.
• Remote Work: Fully remote, work from anywhere.
