Position Type: Part-Time. Approx 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:




- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.


- Content Creation: Create compelling, engaging, and original content that aligns with our team’s brand and voice. This includes writing posts, crafting captions, and developing visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.


- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is consistent with XXXXX brand voice and style across all platforms.


- Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community. Interact with other accounts to build relationships and increase brand visibility.


- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.


- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement strategies to keep our social media presence fresh, innovative, and relevant.


- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other members to highlight team achievements, personalities, and successes on social media.


- Photography and Videography Editing: Edit and create engaging visual content from provided photos and videos to enhance our social media platforms.


- Project Management: Oversee multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.


- Research and Strategy Development: Conduct research and follow other influencers and industry leaders to gain inspiration and identify new opportunities for growth.


- Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with our audience by creating interactive and engaging content that resonates with them.

- Real Estate Transaction-Related Posts: Create and schedule posts for Coming Soon, New Listings, Just Sold, Open House, and Closed transactions.


- New Team Member Posts: Introduce new team members with engaging posts that showcase their personalities and roles.


- Team Member Birthday Posts: Celebrate team member birthdays with fun, personalized posts that foster a sense of community.


- Team Event Posts: Document and share team events, highlighting the camaraderie and culture of The Property Geeks.




Required Qualifications:




- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.


- Social Media Expertise: Must have a deep understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.


- Engagement Skills: Must be skilled in engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community.


- Proficiency in Tools: Strong skills in Canva, all social media programs, Google Docs, Trello, and other relevant software.


- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for creating compelling content.


- Creative Mindset: Ability to generate unique content ideas that align with our brand’s fun and engaging personality.


- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills to ensure all content is polished and professional.


- Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.


- Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to changing trends and strategies in a fast-paced environment.


- Brand Consistency: Ability to maintain and develop the team’s brand voice across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment.
